It is a very sturdy and hard plastic and is a good sized kitchen tool.Had never heard of a dough docker before so i looked it up on the internet to see how they work . So we gave it a try tonight for dinner . It was so easy all you do is roll it over the dough and it pokes little holes in the dough . It is so easy and earier then using a fork . Oh and faster too .
